Associative
Fabric
We support civil society in the construction and strengthening of organizations, associative fabrics, governance capabilities, and access to resources, according to their vocations, commitments, and work plans. This is done through horizontal, collaborative approaches of equality and autonomy, using an online educational platform, fostering cooperation that supports joint transformative efforts, demanding protection frameworks in safe environments, and building common interests, trust-based relationships, and resilience capabilities in challenging situations or contexts.
Educational Platform
Courses to understand, empower, promote, and protect civil society and civic space through various training modalities and co-learning methods. It is an online educational platform for civil society actors and other interested parties, offering courses in virtual modes of free access and self-training, as well as scheduled training through workshops and mentorships, using materials, tools, and new technologies to achieve pedagogical objectives and increase knowledge in short or long cycles, which may include internship programs.
Cooperation
Promotion of support for civil society organizations through more robust, balanced, and transformative cooperation relationships with partners, cooperation agencies, donors, and among organizations themselves, promoting joint or combined efforts to amplify their voice, autonomy, collaborative work, practice-learning, and access to funds. It is the co-creation of cooperation relationships that strengthen civil society’s capacities within countries, between countries, and with international organizations, revitalizing their actions with lasting and meaningful impacts.
SCere Project - Civil Society with Empowerment and Strategic Response
A collaborative project initiated in 2020 as a training cycle for civil society organizations to protect civic space, later redesigned as a conceptual navigation map that allows for a guided tour through its key content areas regarding civil society and civic space. It includes links to regulatory frameworks, standards, codes, and manuals of good practices to promote free, transformative, ethical, and transparent action, based on principles and results-oriented, for civil societies in all fields and sectors where they operate.
ComHum – Humanitarian Community of Practice
